Angelic Layer fanart? Whoa, bet'cha didn't see that coming!

It was just sort of a, "hey, let's draw Hikaru backflipping for no apparent reason" picture at first. Also, I wanted to try a pose different than my usual "standing and facing the camera" poses, which get old. I'm trying to grow as an artist. :3

Another background that I actually put a lot of work into! A miracle! :0 It's supposed to be the layer that Hikaru battled Wizard in. Not too shabby? x.x;

I tried coloring Hikaru with sort like a real anime instead of my soft coloring, but I don't plan on doing that too often. It's cool, but it's just not "my" style, so... yeah.

I don't know what else to say. o.o I've never really draw mountains before. That's all.

Please, if you crit, don't be too harsh. :0 I tried really hard and I feel bad when I realize what's wrong with it. XD;
