Hey, dudes. I don't journal nearly as often as I used to, huh? I feel kinda bad. ;_; I used to journal really faithfully when I was little, but I just can't make myself do that anymore. xD; Maybe if I buy myself a nice little diary or something...

Hmmm, anyway. I've just been busy with the usual stuff (read: college/school). I'm doing well in both my classes (straight A's so far :3). My digital arts class is kind of boring (I could probably teach that class, haha) because we're using PHOTOSHOP and Photoshop is totally my homeboy, so. xD I'm learning a ton in my basic arts class, though.
School at home isn't really anything to comment on. Consumer Math is hilariously easy. I finished reading Lord of the Flies for Lit a couple of weeks ago (very, very good book). Then I was reading some Edgar Allen Poe, which was fun, because I like his works a lot. Now I'm working on Wuthering Heights. Not sure how I feel about it yet.

I'm thinking I'd like to start seriously on the drafts for the first few chapters of my webcomic (yeah right, how many times have I said I'd start that, haha). I'm just... I don't know, in the mood to do it. I feel like I've finally reached a point where I've mulled over the story and characters enough to get started with drawing. Before that, I might do some character sheets or something, just for my own reference, but otherwise, yeah...
Oh, I'd like to do some studies of the village and river and stuff too. :3 Since I need to practice drawing them and figure out what Kashu's house looks like, etc, lol.

Random, but I'd like to comment that lately, I've been getting unwanted critique on my art. I know crits are just to help me improve and whatnot, but it's almost ALWAYS something that I'm already aware of, and the critic almost NEVER explains how I can make it better. It makes me seriously upset to hear "oh the legs look wonky" and things like that. Because then it's like, WELL GEE THANKS. NOW WHAT. |: In the end, I'd rather just not receive criticism at all. If I want advice on how to do something better, I will ASK for it. (And honestly, I'd rather ask my art teacher, because he actually knows what he's talking about and can help me fix the problem instead of just frustrating me by pointing out the flaws.)

...Yeah.

Soooooooooo, um, I really want to animate something. Random, random. I don't know what to animate, though. ;_; I'd like to do like, a short animation that tells some kind of story. (read: I want an excuse to voice act too). It's really hard to do that when I don't know what to draw, thouuuugh ;A;

What else, what else... Most of the time, I'm just spewing random thoughts onto these journals, haha.
